Community Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been around for over 2,500 years, and is traditionally always done in a group setting! You can choose to lay down or sit comfortably to receive an effective and quick treatment for your personal health concerns. Community acupuncture lowers the barrier to trying this extremely effective healing modality. People often lightly fall asleep or experience peace and warmth. Only easily accessible areas of the body -hands, feet, arms, etc. will be used -these areas are quite effective for treating all complaints - whether it’s hand pain, back pain, digestive, women’s health, stress/anxiety, immune system issues and more. Each personal session is about 20 minutes. Join acupuncturist Jill Schimmelpfennig this year for a health boost!

Beginner Spoon carving
Join us in learning or practicing various wood carving techniques by making a wooden spoon with Duncan Waterford!
Through the creation of a spoon you get to explore wood grain, learn different strokes and techniques with each tool, and learn how to care for your body while carving. Students will leave the class with their own spoon, and the empowerment to continue learning and making things out of wood. This is a great class for beginners, as well as folks with some experience carving who are looking to brush up or reengage! The spoon, a simple, familiar object with concave and convex surfaces, provides a perfect introductory project to learn basic woodcarving. At it’s simplest a spoon is a straight stick with a shallow bowl at one end, however can be so elaborate that it provides a challenge to even the most experienced carvers. Next class TBA! Cost: $75, includes instruction, all materials and tools |

Kairomancy through COllage
Join Amy Leyenbeck, local kairomancer and women's circle leader, in a revelatory workshop designed to tap into the diverse, wild, and often unconscious aspects within you. Opening these doorways allows us to tap into deeper knowledge and learn about our lives, situations, along with receive messages and guidance from our higher selves. These bespoke images then can serve as powerful touchstones as you travel through life.
After the creation of our collages, Amy will lead us through a simple but beautiful harvesting process, bring out hidden aspects and more depth than we ever realize in the process! When: TBA! Where: Soulcraft Studio Cost: $25 This class is for adults only! Limited seats, please register! |
