Foraged Edibles and Herbs: Fall!!
Join us for a one-day intensive into the wonderful world of wild food and medicine growing this time of year. You'll discover ways to use plants all around you - how to identify them, what healthful qualities they have, their flavor profile, and medicinal properties. We'll enjoy meals together with plants we collect and prepare in delicious ways! We'll also get to know and use springtime medicinal plants – ethically harvesting plant material and making remedies together that you can take home.
This is an immersive, jam packed day of wild plant tastiness and healing, that will leave you feeling deeply connected to the land. Sustenance activities like foraging help us to slow down, try new things, go on adventures, and have FUN!!!! No experience necessary.

"I feel I have more understanding of nature: it's abundance and the power of nurturing so many lives from it. It has changed the way I see nature around me for the good. I even found mushrooms in my own backyard that I use to think were gross and going to poison me. Now I know that the earth is truly giving me so many gifts without me even having to ask. It helps me see more than just weeds in my backyard!" -Anonymous Participant
